Rongel (1998-2004) is an interpretation of the types of Rongel shown in Muestras de los punzones y matrices de letra que se funde en el obrador de la Imprenta Real, Madrid, 1799. It was first released as single weight with italics followed by two new weights, bold and semibold. Conceived as a text face (not all text has to be really small!), it contains of five fonts per style: osf, osf table, lining, lining table and expert.
